About Us

Since the inception in 2001, our team at Echo Insurance services is comprised of experts who help insure commercial businesses (retail, restaurants, etc) by finding the best prices for them and offering excellent customer service.

Chances are we can save you some money on your homeowners, auto, commercial or business insurance. We also provide what we believe to be the best, most responsive customer service available. Unlike many insurance agencies that offer policies from a single provider, our loyalty is to our customers. Our ability to provide competing quotes from various providers gives our customers far greater control and buying power.

This flexibility also allows us to provide different types and levels of coverage as the insurance needs of our customers change and grow. At Echo Insurance, we build lifelong relationships by providing the most responsive, personalized customer service along with the best and most affordable insurance policies available anywhere. This is the winning combination that our customers love.
At Echo Insurance, we offer our services to commercial businesses needing insurance, as well as individuals needing car insurance.

Our ability to insure commercial businesses (retail, restaurants, etc) by finding the best prices for them and by delivering phenomenal customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors.

What factors determine the rate I’ll pay for auto insurance?

There are various factors that determine your rate including, your age, driving record, the make and model of your car or truck, your credit rating and others. These and other factors are figured into statistical models to determine the rate you will pay.

Are friends and family who drive my car insured under my policy?

To ensure that each driver is covered you should specify those people on your policy but generally people who have been given permission by you will be covered.

If my car is “totaled” in an accident will my insurance replace it with a new one?

Most auto insurance provides cash value settlements which will pay for replacement based on the current value of your car or truck. In the event your auto is stolen or damaged beyond repair the coverage will pay for a comparable vehicle based on the depreciation of your original vehicle.

Can an insurance company cancel my policy?

Your auto insurance can be canceled if you fail to pay your premiums or if you driver’s license is suspended or revoked during the policy term.
